Comprehensive HR-Tech Platform for a Leading Israeli Company

HR+ is a leading Israeli HR-Tech company providing end-to-end solutions for workforce development: dedicated e-learning, VR/AR training experiences, custom apps, expert workshops, and an AI platform for HR. They came to us with a site built in clean PHP code, very professional from a technical standpoint, but not editable by them. Every content update, new course or image swap required a developer, which turned the site into an operational bottleneck.
We rebuilt HR+ on Elementor with custom CSS and JavaScript, so the owners can edit everything themselves.
The challenge
HR+ offers a wide range of services under a single brand: HR+ Catalog, HR+ School, HR+ Apps, HR+ Skills, HR+ AI, HR+ Video, HR+ LAD. Each is a standalone service line that needs to be presented separately, but also tied into one unified message.
The previous site was built in clean PHP code, technically professional, but it created a clear problem: the HR+ team couldn't update it on their own. Adding a new course, swapping an image, publishing an article, every action required a developer. In a fast-moving HR-Tech world, that condemned the site to stay static while the company moved forward.
Our goal: give the owners control. A site that reflects all of HR+'s breadth, looks modern and current, and that the company's team can maintain independently without depending on us for every small change.
Elementor + CSS + JavaScript for full self-sufficiency
Moving from clean PHP to Elementor is a deliberate trade-off: we lose absolute control at the code level, but gain self-service management for the owners. For them that's the right trade, they need flexibility and speed, not clean code that requires development for every change.
To make sure the site didn't look generic like every other Elementor site, we wrote a custom CSS layer on top of the template: custom typography, a consistent color system (pink-cyan-black), subtle hover animations, gradient overlays, and unique button designs that don't exist in standard Elementor.
We also added custom JavaScript for interactive elements that aren't in the builder: custom smooth scroll, hover effects on service cards, and fade-in transitions between sections. The result: a site that looks bespoke, but under the hood runs on Elementor that the team can edit.
Site architecture with 7 service lines
We built a site architecture that handles HR+'s 7 service lines: HR+ Catalog (training product catalog), HR+ School (e-learning), HR+ Apps (apps), HR+ Skills (workshops), HR+ AI (AI solutions for HR), HR+ Video (visual content), and HR+ LAD. Each has its own page, but all live under a single brand experience.
We added trust-building sections: video testimonials from clients, a gallery of completed projects, an impressive client list (Interbeg, IKEA, INA, Diplomat, Checkmark, IBM, AMD and more), and a portal that showcases all of the company's videos and content.
Independent management for the owner
The main achievement: HR+ became fully self-sufficient. After handover, their team can edit any word, add a new page, swap an image, or upload a video, without a single line of code and without contacting us, which was impossible on the previous site.
We trained their team on the platform, walked them through the template library we created (ready-made layouts for service pages, articles and case studies), and gave them clear documentation.

The HR+ team became completely independent in managing the site. They update content, add new videos and courses, and publish articles themselves, which was impossible on the previous PHP site. The site now reflects a professional, current HR-Tech platform, and serves as a central marketing tool that generates inquiries from large organizations.
