Human Beanz is a US vitamin brand offering an innovative format — premium jelly beans with real health ingredients, instead of gummies or capsules. The brand differentiates itself with proprietary NutriShield™ technology, a "9-Way Free™" standard (Kosher, Halal, vegetarian, gluten-free, allergen-free), and a family-focused approach for both parents and kids. They needed a D2C store that would reflect their unique identity — between science and sweetness — and function as a reliable commerce platform in the competitive US market.
We built a WooCommerce store on a custom theme for a US vitamin brand — a D2C experience blending science, joy and persuasion.
The Challenge
Human Beanz entered the saturated US supplements market — a market where customers see dozens of competing gummy and D2C brands daily. They needed a site that would build trust within seconds, convey the product's unique story (jelly beans instead of gummies), and convince parents to buy for themselves and their kids.
The technical challenge: WooCommerce with American commerce requirements — USD, free shipping over $49, Shop Pay, product reviews, dual catalog structure (by audience and by benefit), and US-wide region support.
What we built
We developed a custom WooCommerce theme from scratch, based on clean PHP code and tailored to an American commerce pace. We designed a bright, joyful visual identity — pastel colors, lively product photography with fruits, and friendly typography — alongside professional elements that convey trust (777+ reviews, "Best Seller" stickers, certifications).
The structure includes a two-dimensional product catalog — by audience (Adult Beanz / Kids Beanz) and by health benefit (Brain, Digestive, Bone, Immune). We added a "Build Your Daily Stack" experience that encourages customers to buy multiple products together with smart upsell.
A "Wellness Journal" section serves as a marketing content platform — educational articles about health and vitamins that reinforce professional positioning and contribute to organic SEO in the US market.
