Adding the signature to your email

  1. Gmail

Click Copy signature. In Gmail: the gear icon → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new. Paste (Ctrl+V) and save at the bottom of the page.

  2. Outlook on the web and new Outlook

Settings → Accounts → Signatures → New signature. Paste and save. In classic Outlook for desktop: File → Options → Mail → Signatures.

  3. Apple Mail on Mac

Mail → Settings → Signatures → add (+), then paste. If the styling changes, untick always matching the default message font.

  4. iPhone

Open this page on your iPhone, copy the signature, and paste it under Signature in the Mail app's settings.

A few tips

  • Hebrew signature showing backwards in Gmail? In Gmail settings, under General → Language, turn on right-to-left editing support.
  • A logo twice as wide as it's shown (say 180 pixels for a 90-pixel display) stays sharp on high-resolution screens.
  • Less is more: name, job title, one phone number and a website are enough for most businesses.
